About Lawly

Lawly is building a marketplace that connects law school applicants with experienced admissions consultants. We are preparing to launch and are looking for a Startup Growth & Campus Partnerships Intern to help us develop and operate our campus ambassador program.

This is an unpaid, part-time internship with flexible hours. You will work directly with the founder and take meaningful ownership of a grassroots growth initiative being built from the ground up.

Unlike an internship where you are assigned one narrow task, this role will give you exposure to recruiting, program management, marketing strategy, team leadership, and the day-to-day realities of building an early-stage startup.

What You May Work On

  • Recruiting and onboarding student ambassadors at colleges and universities
  • Helping establish program expectations, incentives, tasks, and communication processes
  • Managing regular communication with ambassadors and helping them succeed
  • Tracking participation and performance to identify which activities are producing results
  • Developing campus campaigns, challenges, and outreach initiatives
  • Gathering feedback from ambassadors and improving the program as it grows
  • Sharing results and recommendations directly with the founder

You will not simply be handed a script to follow. You will receive context, goals, guidance, and the opportunity to help determine how the program should operate. The founder will be available to answer questions, provide feedback, and help you work through challenges.

What You Will Gain

  • Direct and regular access to the founder
  • Meaningful ownership over a program you help build
  • Practical experience in growth strategy, recruiting, leadership, and program management
  • An inside look at how an early-stage company launches and develops a new customer-acquisition channel
  • The opportunity to test ideas, measure results, and see the direct impact of your work
  • Substantive experience that can be discussed in future interviews and included on your résumé

Who We Are Looking For

You may be a strong fit if you are:

  • Organized and dependable, with strong follow-through
  • Comfortable communicating with and motivating other students
  • Able to work independently without constant supervision
  • Interested in startups, marketing, partnerships, recruiting, or program management
  • Willing to experiment, learn from results, and improve an initiative over time
  • Available for consistent part-time hours on a schedule that can be arranged around school

Prior campus ambassador or formal management experience is helpful but not required. We care more about initiative, communication, reliability, and your willingness to take ownership.

If you are excited about helping build something from the ground up and want firsthand experience with how an early-stage startup grows, we would love to hear from you.
