WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Source and connect with candidates through our internal database, LinkedIn, and professional networking platforms
• Build and manage your own candidate pipeline through outreach and relationship development
• Coach candidates through every step of the process — interview prep, resume review, offer negotiation, and onboarding
• Develop and maintain meaningful relationships with both clients and candidates
• Work closely with experienced managers to match the right talent with the right opportunities
• Negotiate compensation packages and employment terms on behalf of your candidates

• Bachelor’s degree required (any major welcome — we value well-rounded candidates)
